In addition, Scott is currently an adjunct marketing professor at the University of Massachusetts and Babson College, teaching marketing principles to undergraduate and MBA students. Scott is also author of the book The Next CMO: A Guide to Operational Marketing Excellence (first and second editions) with over 40,000 copies in circulation. He earned a BBA from the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
